    Horse owners and equine professionals are often unaware of many legal issues that can arise in the course and scope of equine activity.  In turn, the legal profession is often unaware of the nuances of equine science and management.  Brenda can address the rights and responsibilities of horse management, ownership and activities.  Continuing Legal Education (CLE) presentations are also available.     Ownership of horses, whether on one’s own property or in a boarding situation, can be expensive and carry many risks, legal, financial and in terms of health and safety for humans and horses.   Brenda has taught riding clinics and presented classes and workshops on horse-related topics for over 30 years.  (click here for details)
